The Yangi Namangan district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement has executed a non-property document as part of its proceedings.
According to reports, pursuant to the decision of the inter-district civil court of Namangan, the demolition of an illegally constructed structure with an area of 400 square meters by the defendant O.A. in favor of the plaintiff — the Namangan regional Department of the Cadastre Agency — was ordered.
To ensure the implementation of the court decision, the relevant writ of execution was transferred to the proceedings of the Yangi Namangan district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. The state executor granted the defendant an opportunity to fulfill the obligation voluntarily within the allotted time. However, the defendant did not comply with the court decision within the specified period.
After that, enforcement actions were initiated in the order prescribed by the state executor. During the enforcement actions carried out the other day, the unauthorized building constructed by the defendant was demolished.
Currently, all enforcement actions on this court document have been completed and the effective execution of the document has been ensured.
The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement considers ensuring the unconditional and timely execution of court decisions adopted by citizens and organizations, in accordance with the procedure established by law, to be its priority task.
