It is known that, to date, payments for electricity by individuals and legal entities are being made on time, and payment discipline has significantly improved. However, as the saying goes, “there’s no rice without husk,” there are still consumers who fail to comply with the terms of the agreements made with energy supply organizations and do not pay for the energy they consume on time.
In this regard, the Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau in Zomin District has seized a transformer belonging to a debtor farming enterprise in favor of the regional electricity network enterprise to cover outstanding debts.
In the future, this property will be put up for auction in the prescribed manner, and the proceeds from the sale will be used to settle the existing debts.
The Compulsory Enforcement Bureau will continue its efforts to strengthen payment discipline and ensure legality in the area of electricity payments.
