Debtor I.D. visited the Bureau's Qo‘shko‘pir district branch and requested a calculation of the remaining child support payments he owed for the financial support of his child until they reach the age of 18.
It was revealed that, based on the ruling of the Urganch Inter-District Civil Court dated April 8, 2013, debtor I.D. had been obligated to pay child support to claimant Q.M. for one child’s financial needs.
Branch state executor Sh. Palvanov, responding to the request by debtor I.D., recalculated the child support payments required until the child turns 18. The outstanding amount of child support was determined to be 70 million soums. This amount was handed over by debtor I.D. to claimant Q.M. based on a receipt, and the enforcement proceeding was concluded.
