In Fergana, the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau fully recovered 44,630,000 soms belonging to a private firm managed by a student.
A student from the Faculty of Economics at Fergana State University, acting as the director of the firm, transferred a sum of 44,630,000 soms to the plastic card of an individual named Sardorbek Mullajonov as part of the firm’s turnover, for cash withdrawal purposes.
However, Sardorbek failed to fulfill the obligation in a timely manner. Due to security issues related to his bank accounts and financial flows, the amount was not returned to the firm’s director in cash form.
The student-director filed a legal complaint regarding the situation. The court-issued enforcement document was sent to the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau, and enforcement actions were initiated accordingly.
As a result of the measures taken by the bureau, the debt amount was fully recovered from Sardorbek and handed over in cash to the claimant in his capacity as the director of “Yasin World Trade” LLC.
