Timely collection of household waste is a key factor in maintaining cleanliness, a healthy environment, and adherence to sanitary requirements in the regions. However, due to some customers' debts regarding service charges, interruptions in this system have been occurring.
The Compulsory Enforcement Bureau of Andijan Region, in cooperation with service providers, is conducting efforts to recover outstanding debts related to household waste collection services.
Initially, deadlines are given for voluntary payment of debts, and explanatory work is carried out. In cases where debts remain unpaid, compulsory enforcement actions are undertaken, including measures such as the seizure of property.
The aim of these measures is not only to recover outstanding debts but also to improve payment discipline among the population, ensure the stability of utility services, and maintain the uninterrupted functioning of sanitation and waste collection systems.
