
A new decision has been issued in connection with the incident that occurred in Tashkent in the spring in front of a nightclub. A.Sh., who put a citizen into a coma with one blow, was previously sentenced to 8 years and 1 month in prison, but on December 9, the appellate court mitigated the sentence and released him.
The court commuted the sentence to 4 years and 1 month of restricted freedom. Taking into account 263 days spent in prison, he will spend the remaining 3 years, 3 months, and 11 days in freedom. He was released in the courtroom.
It was acknowledged that the damage of 2.6 billion soums, which should have been compensated to the victim, was fully compensated, and the remaining 392 million soums were returned to the guilty party.
Recall that the fight took place on March 16 in Yakkasaray. B.A., who was trying to resolve the conflict, was seriously injured, and A.Sh. was detained in Kazakhstan and extradited to Uzbekistan.
