According to a court order, enforcement documents regarding the recovery of a total sum of 1,418,730,300 (one billion four hundred eighteen million seven hundred thirty thousand three hundred) som to compensate damages in favor of four citizens from the joint-stock company “O.S.T.” were submitted to the Yunusobod District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
Based on these enforcement documents, enforcement proceedings were initiated in accordance with legal requirements, and the debtor organization was given a specific period to voluntarily settle the debt.
As the debt was not paid within the allocated time frame, mandatory enforcement measures stipulated by law were applied, including the freezing of bank accounts belonging to the debtor organization and imposing restrictions on its vehicles.
Consequently, the amounts specified in the court rulings were recovered from the debtor organization's bank accounts via payment orders and transferred to the bank plastic cards of the respective citizens who were owed the funds.
