Two deputies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were dismissed from their posts by presidential decree

By the relevant resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, personnel changes have been implemented in the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In particular, Ayubkhon Rakhmatullayev was dismissed from the post of First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Head of the Operational-Investigative Department of the Republic of Uzbekistan due to his transfer to another job.
Rahmatullayev previously worked as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Head of the Main Department of Finance and Material and Technical Supply, from March 2021 he was the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Andijan region, and in March 2025 he was returned to the position of Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is not yet known what kind of work he is moving to now.
Also, Davron Abitovich Nazarmukhamedov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Head of the Department of Spiritual and Educational Work and Personnel Support.
Davron Nazarmukhamedov worked in the executive apparatus of the National Security Service (now the State Security Service) until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, he was the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Head of the Main Directorate for Criminal Investigation and Combating Terrorism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan. From 2014 to 2015, he held the position of State Advisor to the President on Organizational and Personnel Affairs.
In 2017-2019, he was the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, and in July 2019, he was appointed Head of the Khorezm Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
In 2023, he was reinstated as Deputy Minister. There is currently no information about his further activities.
In short, responsible positions in the system are being reviewed, and responsibilities are being redistributed. The important thing is that these changes bring tangible results in the quality of service, order, and the safety of citizens: it will be easier for people not on paper, but in practice.
