Three injured in bus and Tracker collision in Tashkent

A major traffic accident occurred in Tashkent on May 14, resulting in three injuries following a collision between a bus and a Tracker vehicle. This was reported by the press service of Toshshahartransxizmat.

According to preliminary information, the incident took place on Shota Rustaveli Street in the Yakkasaroy district, within the BRT special lane area. It is reported that the Tracker driver made a sharp turn to the left, leading to the collision with the bus.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the Tracker, a passenger in the vehicle, and one passenger on the Yutong bus sustained various injuries. The victims were immediately taken to the 16th Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care.

Currently, officers from the Tashkent City Traffic Safety Department are processing the relevant documents and investigating the causes of the incident.

As a reminder, a traffic accident involving a passenger bus also occurred in the Pakhtakor district of the Jizzakh region in April, leaving several passengers injured.
