In Bukhara, those who hung a person and filmed an ad for hype were punished.

In the Bukhara region, the desire to create “buzz” on social networks once again shook the public. In one of the eateries in the Peshku district, a staged video was filmed for Instagram in which a citizen was hung by his leg, and a person playing the role of a “butcher” was sharpening a knife around him.
These images spread quickly and caused strong dissatisfaction and sharp discussions among people. According to the Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the clip was prepared by mutual agreement between the channel administrator and the owners of the public catering establishment in order to attract customers and gain popularity on the social network.
According to officials, the actions done for this “hype” contradicted both the requirements of the advertising law and the norms of public order and morality.
The collected materials were considered in the Peshku district court for criminal cases, and the offenders were found guilty under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. As a result, they were fined in the amount of 7 times the BHM.
It is worth noting that it was recently reported that a draft law providing for strengthening liability for those who spread their own offense on the internet was also adopted in the first reading. This once again reminds that every act done for “content” also has consequences.
