In Tashkent, an inspector of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was exposed for his actions related to the crime. This was officially reported by the State Security Service. It was reported that the inspector of the Yunusabad district Department of Emergency Situations promised a positive conclusion on the fire situation of a private clinic in the Almazar district not legally, but in exchange for money.
The inspector received 6.5 million soums from the head of the LLC for this "service" in February. However, he did not fulfill his promise under various pretexts and demanded the return of the money received by the citizen.
During a joint operation conducted by the State Security Service and the prosecutor's office, the inspector was caught red-handed while returning the money. A criminal case has been initiated against him, and a preventive measure in the form of detention has been applied.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing, and the inspector's illegal actions, including the use of his position for property interests and violation of the law, are being fully investigated. This event became a vivid example of the systematic control and prompt response of state bodies to corruption among the population.
