Today, March 30, in Azerbaijan, a 33-year-old man killed his mother with an axe and set himself on fire. This was reported by the publication “Oxu.az”.
According to preliminary information, Anar Allakhberdiyev, born in 1993, attacked his mother Chechak Serdarova, born in 1959, and killed her with an axe.
After the incident, the man committed suicide. He poured flammable liquid on himself and set fire. As a result of the severe injuries, he also died at the scene.
Law enforcement agencies and emergency services quickly arrived at the scene. Currently, the site is being examined, and preliminary investigative actions are being carried out.
The reasons for this crime are currently unknown. The investigation continues to clarify all the details of the incident.
