A fire broke out in a "KAMAZ" gas tanker in Surkhandarya

On April 7, a large fire broke out at a liquefied gas filling station located in the "Oktom" MFY, Denov district, Surkhandarya region. The incident occurred as a result of a spark in the tank during the filling of gas from a special gas transport vehicle. Five rescue units arrived at the scene of the fire that broke out as a result of the spark, the fire was extinguished, and fire extinguishing work is currently ongoing.

According to preliminary information, the gas explosion and the fire were caused by technological failures during the discharge of propane gas from a special vehicle. Regional emergency management officials, Denov district police department, SSB and "Hududgaztaminot" managers and employees are working at the scene.

Thanks to the work of rescuers, the fire is being extinguished step by step. Currently, work is underway to determine the causes of the incident. There are no reports of casualties or victims yet.
