Interpol puts Ravshan Muhitdinov on wanted list

The Government of Uzbekistan has placed 37-year-old Ravshan Muhitdinov on an international wanted list. His name has been officially published in Interpol's "red notice" list.
It is reported that he is accused under several criminal articles: Part 3 of Article 173 of the Criminal Code (intentional destruction or damage to property), Part 2 of Article 242 (creating or participating in an organized armed group), and Part 3 of Article 277 (hooliganism).
According to available information, Muhitdinov currently resides in Turkey and is engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Additionally, it is said that he served as the vice president for financial affairs at the "Dünya Engelliler Vakfı" (World Foundation for People with Disabilities) registered in Istanbul.

Interpol issues this notice based on an official request from member states and relies on an arrest warrant or decision issued by judicial authorities.
