On April 8, 2026, the Tashkent City Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement received an enforcement document based on a writ from the Shaykhontohur Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases. The document mandates the recovery of $319,316.47 from the debtor 'W.L.' LLC and N. Khakimov in favor of the claimant 'Davrbank' JSCB, by foreclosing on a property in the 'Sultanobod' neighborhood of the Sergeli district, Tashkent, owned by A. Yuldashev and valued at $300,000. A decision to initiate enforcement proceedings was issued on the same day.
In accordance with legal requirements, the debtor was granted a period to voluntarily settle the debt. However, as the debt was not cleared within the specified timeframe, compulsory enforcement actions were carried out.
The residential property registered as collateral was seized in accordance with established procedures.
Currently, measures are being taken to list the aforementioned apartment on the 'E-Auksion' platform, and the proceeds from the sale will be transferred to the claimant.
