Manchester City’s new transfer: Vitor Reis flying to England today

According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, the Citizens' new signing, Brazilian Vitor Reis, will travel from Brazil to England today to finalize his move to the club.

Vitor Reis will arrive in Manchester with his agent, as the clubs have already reached an agreement on all terms of the €35 million deal.
