Nematullo Rustamjonov, goalkeeper of the U-17 national team of Uzbekistan, expressed his thoughts on the final of the Asian Championship.

"The final match was really difficult for us. We have been preparing hard for this competition for the past two years. We knew in advance that the final match would be difficult. I believe that our efforts over all this time were not in vain. Now we will try to achieve a worthy result at the World Cup, God willing," said the goalkeeper of our national team.

According to Rustamjonov, the players were fully prepared for the final match. "During our conversations, none of the guys were nervous. Everyone felt responsible, but there was no fear,” the goalkeeper said.

The player also explained the “eyebrow-waving” incident that attracted a lot of attention during the game: “When the Arab player was lying in front of me and shouting, I raised my eyebrow to cheer him up a little and to defuse the situation. After that, he laughed too.”
