Leo Messi to extend deal with Inter Miami

Lionel Messi currently has a contract with Inter Miami that runs until the end of 2025, Euro-football.ru reported.

According to Marca, the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner has made a decision regarding his future. Messi wants to stay with Inter Miami.

The club shares the same intention, and both parties are in negotiations to extend the contract. So far, no official agreement has been reached and nothing has been signed.

Talks are ongoing. The new contract is expected to cover at least one more MLS season, possibly running through the end of 2026.

The 38-year-old Messi aims to lead the team to an MLS championship. Last season, the team won the regular season but fell short in the playoffs.
