Bayern Munich striker Thomas Müller has shared his thoughts on former Bayer midfielder Florian Wirtz’s transfer to Liverpool, Euro-football.ru reported.
The English giants paid €125 million (approximately 1.725 trillion UZS) for the 22-year-old player. With bonuses, the total value of the deal could reach €150 million (approximately 2.07 trillion UZS).
According to Müller, Florian is capable of playing anywhere. He’s strong not only physically but also mentally.
Wirtz played 197 matches for Bayer, scoring 57 goals and providing 65 assists. Bayern Munich was among the clubs interested in him, but the German star chose to move to England.
This transfer reflects the high regard for Wirtz’s talent and future potential. Liverpool aims to strengthen its attacking power by bringing him in.
