Representatives of the USA met with our national team

The Special Representative of the United States for Global Cooperation, one of the hosts of the 2026 World Cup, Paolo Zampolli, and the Ambassador of the United States of America to Uzbekistan, Jonathan Henick, held a sincere conversation with the Uzbekistan national team.

The Minister of Sports of Uzbekistan, Adham Ikramov, and the First Vice-President of the UFA, Ravshan Ermatov, also participated in this important meeting, adding a festive atmosphere to the process.

Zampolli, on behalf of the US government and the World Cup hosts, congratulated the Uzbekistan national team on their historic qualification and wished them luck and success in the upcoming matches. According to him, the World Cup in the USA is important not only as a sporting event, but also as a symbol of friendship, innovation, and close cooperation.
