With seven matchdays remaining in the Uzbekistan Super League, Guzar's "Shurtan" club announced the signing of a new head coach. According to the team's management, Asror Aliqulov has started working for the team as the new head coach. This news pleases the club's fans as he tries to implement new playing methods to make the club more successful.
As a reminder, Anvar Berdiyev was the head coach of Shurtan at the beginning of the season, but after the 8th round, the club's management terminated the contract with Berdiyev and appointed Eldor Moyliyev as the interim head coach. Under Moyliyev's leadership, the club acted based on his temporary experience, but the team's results indicated a need for a new coach.
Currently, Shurtan sits in 16th place in the league table with 12 points after 23 rounds. This situation is very unpleasant for the club and shows what strategies the new coach Asror Alikulov is required to work with to raise the club. Fans and specialists of the club expect new victories and a new era from Asror Alikulov.
