Now you are in the Hall of Fame, which means you will be remembered forever. And, by the way, huge thanks for your help in achieving my last Premier League title!" - the league's press service quoted Mourinho as saying.

Jose Mourinho is currently managing Benfica in his homeland Portugal, while Eden Hazard retired from professional football at the age of 32.
