Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin received a red card in the closing minutes of the "El Clasico" match. He was punished for participating in a brawl that broke out among the players.
According to referee Cesar Soto Grado's report, Lunin left the substitutes' bench and approached the opposing team's bench aggressively, and his teammates were forced to restrain him. "Real Madrid" appealed Lunin's sending off, but the disciplinary committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation upheld the referee's decision.
As a result, the Ukrainian goalkeeper has been disqualified for one match, reports Goal. It should be noted that Andriy Lunin has not yet played a match in the 2025/2026 season.
On November 1, in the match against "Valencia," he will not even be on Real Madrid's substitute list. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
