Uzbekistanis achieved a historic result at the chess championship in Turkey

In the Turkish cities of Antalya and Alanya, an important sporting event of world scale - the World Championship in 100- and 64-square checkers among all age categories has concluded. More than 300 athletes from more than 24 countries demonstrated their skills at this prestigious competition.

In such a fiercely competitive environment, representatives of the Uzbekistan national team also competed selflessly and raised the flag of the country high.

The championship was full of intense and heated debates. In each party, not only reason, but also patience and will clashed. At the end of the competition, our compatriots won a total of 32 medals - 4 gold, 14 silver, and 14 bronze.

This result was a proud achievement not only for the national sports school, but also for all of Uzbekistan. Our young chess masters, with their skill, deep strategic thinking, and tireless work, have proven in practice that they can speak for themselves on the world stage.

Among the athletes who stood out in the competition, Nigina Bozorova, Ramazon Khudoynazarov, and Ozodbek Ormonaliyev achieved the highest status, fulfilling all the requirements for the title of "International Grandmaster."

According to the Ministry of Sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, these results are noted as a result of the attention and support given to intellectual sports in our country.

At the same time, these victories became a great source of inspiration for the younger generation - because they showed how important patience, intelligence, and hard work are.

This competition in Antalya and Alania will be remembered not only for medals, but also as a proud historical page that once again elevated the honor of the nation.
