Tashuev: Sokinov Not Playing Many Matches

Russian coach Sergey Tashuev shared his thoughts on the future of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) goalkeeper Matvey Safonov. The specialist urged the player to leave the French club due to a lack of playing opportunities.

"It is impossible to sit without match practice at a club for a long time. This not only leads to a decline in skill level but also negatively affects the player's psychology," Tashuev said in an interview with "Sovetskiy Sport."

Matvey Safonov has been part of PSG since the summer of 2024. He has appeared in a total of 17 matches for the Parisian club, managing to keep a clean sheet in seven of them.
