Arsenal targets La Liga player

Elche midfielder Rodrigo Mendosa could potentially join London club Arsenal. The Gunners are closely monitoring the 20-year-old player and are considering the possibility of his transfer next year, journalist Sam Dean reports.

The player's contract includes a release clause of 20 million euros. It is highly likely that Mendosa will leave Elche at the end of the season, although a transfer in January has not been ruled out.

Rodrigo Mendosa has appeared in ten matches for Elche this season, scoring two goals. According to Transfermarkt, the promising Spanish player’s market value is estimated at 9 million euros.
