Luis Enrique says Flamengo in good form ahead of final

PSG head coach Luis Enrique participated in a press conference ahead of the decisive match of the Intercontinental Cup. On December 17, the Parisians will face Brazil's "Flamengo."

"Last season, our goal was to make history with Paris. This season, continuing to make history remains the primary objective," The Peninsula quotes Enrique.

The coach emphasized the need for maximum focus in the final: "We must be prepared for everything and play with full concentration throughout the match. Every action can be significant and decisive.

We are ready. I can see that the team is showing the same attitude toward their work this season as they did last season."

Enrique also spoke positively about the opponent: "Flamengo is in good form, and they have won numerous trophies. I like their playing style.

I recall their matches in the Club World Cup this season — they played several fantastic games. They are a high-level team, both with and without the ball."

The match will start at 8:00 PM (Moscow time). PSG advanced to the final automatically as UEFA Champions League winners, while Flamengo secured their spot by defeating clubs from Mexico and Egypt.
