Barcelona looking to extend contract with Hansi Flick

The management of Barcelona has made a decision regarding the future of the team's head coach, Hans-Dieter Flick. According to Sport Bild, the Catalan club is planning to extend its current contract with the German specialist ahead of schedule.

According to the source, club president Joan Laporta intends to sign a new agreement with Flick that will be valid until mid-2028. It should be noted that in May, Flick extended his contract with Barcelona until the end of the 2026/2027 season.

Currently, Barcelona is leading the standings in the Spanish championship. Second-place Real Madrid is trailing by four points.
