Real Sociedad Announces New Head Coach


The San Sebastian club, Real Sociedad, has announced the appointment of Pellegrino Matarassoni as head coach. This was reported by the club's press service.

It should be noted that the club dismissed Sergio Francisco following an unsuccessful start to the season. Today, Real Sociedad, featuring Arsen Zakharyan, failed to secure a victory in their away match against Levante.

The Round 17 match of the Spanish Championship concluded in a 1-1 draw. Currently, Real Sociedad is in 16th place in the La Liga standings with 17 points.

In the next round, the Basques will host Atletico Madrid at home.
