Bruno Fernandes sidelined for at least a month due to injury


Manchester United midfielder and team captain Bruno Fernandes suffered an injury during the Premier League match against Aston Villa in Matchweek 17. The match took place on Sunday, with the Red Devils losing 1-2.

According to journalist John Percy, the Mancunian captain, who was substituted at halftime, will be sidelined for at least a month. The 31-year-old Portuguese player will undergo a medical examination in the coming days, after which the recovery timeline will be determined more precisely.

This season, Fernandes has started in all of Manchester United’s league matches. He has scored five goals and provided seven assists so far.
