Millions on the Asian stage: how much did Andijan and Nasaf earn

Osiyo maydonida millionlar: "Andijon" va "Nasaf" qanchadan daromad qildi?Uzbek clubs competing in Asia’s international tournaments are gaining not only experience but also significant financial benefits. In particular, Andijan earned 300,000 US dollars by taking part in the AFC Champions League 2 (OCHL2). Under Asian Football Confederation rules, every team that participates in the group stage is initially awarded 300,000 dollars in prize money. In addition, each win brings an extra 30,000 dollars, while teams that advance to the next round receive a further 80,000 dollars as an incentive bonus. This made Andijan’s participation financially beneficial as well. Moreover, another leading team from our country—Nasaf—despite an unsuccessful campaign in the AFC Elite Champions League, has so far managed to earn 800,000 US dollars. In the elite competition, the AFC allocates a base prize of 800,000 dollars to every club that reaches the main stage. On top of that, each victory is worth 100,000 dollars, and teams that move on to the next round are paid an additional 200,000 dollars. In short, Andijan and Nasaf’s participation on the Asian stage clearly shows that the prestige of Uzbek football is growing not only in sporting terms but also financially.
