Despite this, the team has shown a stable performance in the Spanish La Liga this season and has maintained a reliable lead in the tournament table.
Interestingly, Flick's results look even brighter when compared to other Spanish giants. For example, Atletico Madrid has invested 364 million euros to strengthen its squad in recent seasons. Real Madrid, considered a fierce rival, spent around 216 million euros on transfers.
Meanwhile, Villarreal allocated 171 million euros for new players, while Betis spent 101 million euros, surpassing Barcelona in this indicator.
