Coaches changed at Surkhon: Davletov left, Kudryashov came

A new chapter is opening at Termez's Surxon club: significant changes have been made to the team's coaching staff. According to the club's press service, the partnership with head coach Fevzi Davletov and physical training coach Alexey Nikolayev has officially ended.
According to the official statement, Davletov led the team for the last two seasons. Under his leadership, Surkhon played 65 official matches, gained valuable experience, and took a serious step towards reaching the semi-finals of the Uzbekistan Cup. For fans, it's natural that this period will be remembered for both challenging moments and inspiring games.
The club appointed Stanislav Kudryashov as head coach to continue the team in a new spirit. The fact that he previously worked as Davletov's assistant and has a good understanding of the team's internal atmosphere, the players' character, and the club's "kitchen" is considered an important plus. That is, "Surkhan" is choosing not to "start from scratch," but to give new momentum while preserving the existing system.
According to the club, the full composition of the updated coaching staff will be announced later. So, these changes could only be the beginning - there are a number of appointments ahead.
At the end of the statement, the management of "Surkhan" expressed special gratitude to Fevzi Rizaevich and Alexey Vladimirovich for their work and cooperation, and wished them success in their future activities.
Now the most interesting question: what style will "Surkhan" play under Kudryashov, what innovations will there be, and what will the team's result be? One thing is clear - fans should be ready for another "moodful" season ahead.
