Conte banned for two Serie A matches

Napoli head coach Antonio Conte has received a two-match suspension in Serie A. Corriere dello Sport reported this, citing the sports judge’s decision. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

In the match against Inter (2:2), Conte was shown a red card for harsh protests and insulting complaints toward the referees. The specialist was unhappy with a penalty awarded against his team.

In addition to the suspension, Conte will also pay a €15,000 fine.

As a result, Antonio Conte will miss the league matches against Parma on January 14 and Sassuolo on January 17. Both games will be at Napoli’s home ground.

At the moment, Napoli are fourth in the Serie A standings.
