Conte: Napoli only satisfied with a win against Copenhagen

The UEFA Champions League league phase is entering a decisive stretch. Napoli head coach Antonio Conte spoke plainly about the team’s mood and objective ahead of the match against Copenhagen in the Danish capital: for the Neapolitans, there is only one acceptable outcome this time — a win.
According to Conte, the matches ahead are truly destiny-defining. The team understands how demanding their Champions League campaign is, so taking the field in Copenhagen is not a routine away trip, but a major test.
Crucially, the teams sit side by side in the standings. Both have 7 points, but Napoli hold a slight edge on goal difference. At the moment, the Neapolitans are 23rd, while Copenhagen are 24th. That raises the stakes even more: one win can lift a position, while one misstep could make things harder.
Reminder: Copenhagen vs Napoli will be played on January 20 in the Danish capital. As Conte put it, for Napoli it’s a night of “no more excuses”: only the result, only the win.
