The Uzbekistan women's national team, led by Kotrina Kulbite, played their second match of the Asian Cup. Unfortunately, our representatives lost 0:3 to the Chinese national team. During the match, our opponents Shao Zikin scored once, and Li Kinton scored a brace against us.
Recall that in the first round, our team also lost 0:3 to the DPRK representatives. Nevertheless, our girls still have theoretical chances to reach the playoffs. To do this, the team needs to win in the third round and rely on favorable additional indicators.
In this important match, the honor of Uzbekistan was defended by Jonimkulova, Hikmatova, Dadaboeva, Asadova, Kudratova, Ablyakimova, Khabibullaeva, Shoimova, Mamatkarimova, Karachik, and Zoirova. In the decisive third round of the group stage, the Uzbekistan national team will face Bangladesh. This match will take place on March 9, 2024.
