UFC fighter Max Holloway expressed his firm belief that he would face Charles Oliveira in the octagon for the third time. The mood in his words is clear: he doesn't want to back down, he is still in the position that "the work is not finished."
"I'll come back again and tear someone to pieces. I haven't finished yet. "We'll see Mr. Oliveiran again, that's for sure," said Holloway.
These words are not said in vain: because there are already two different histories between the two warriors. At the recent UFC 316 tournament, Charles Oliveira convincingly defeated Holloway by unanimous decision of the judges - a score of 50:45 was set by all three judges. This indicates Oliveyra's superiority in the fight.
But there is also a second page of the narrative. In 2015, when these two athletes faced each other for the first time, on the contrary, Holloway won by technical knockout in the first round. At that time, the Brazilian fighter was injured and could not continue the fight.
Therefore, Holloway's belief in the "third fight" is understandable: one fight is his, the second is his opponent's - so with the "third" fight, this rivalry can be put to a definite end.
