Bayern Munich want to extend Kane's contract beyond 2027

Munich's FC Bayern Munich has accelerated negotiations to extend the current contract with forward Harry Kane. According to Sky, the parties plan to finalize the new agreement before the World Cup, which begins on June 11. Goal.com reports on this.
The German record-holders have received a positive response from the player and his family. Former club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed the forward's desire to remain with the team.

According to him, the fact that Kane did not exercise the release clause in his contract signifies his firm intention to stay in Munich.
Sporting director Max Eberl also supported this position, stating that a solution would be found at the negotiating table with the player after the season concludes. Kane was transferred from Tottenham in 2023 for 100 million euros.
Under the leadership of new coach Vincent Kompany, the forward has changed his playing style, increasingly performing playmaker duties. To date, he has appeared in 141 matches for the Munich side, scoring 138 goals.
Kane's current contract is set to run until 2027. The player himself has emphasized that he is happy in Munich and is fully focused on his career at Bayern.
This has put an end to rumors regarding his return to the English Premier League in the near future.
