Guardiola chooses third-division match over PSG vs Bayern

During the Champions League match between PSG and Bayern, Pep Guardiola watched a game from the English third division. The Manchester City head coach explained the reason for his decision. This was reported by Goal.com xabar.
The Catalan specialist visited Edgeley Park stadium to watch the match between Stockport County and Port Vale. During a press conference on Friday, he was asked why he made that choice.
Guardiola jokingly replied: "I saw the schedule yesterday, looked at the PSG vs. Bayern game, and thought, what a disastrous match. The coaches aren't good, and the players are bad.
I love English football, so I chose Stockport."
In reality, Luis Enrique and Vincent Kompany, who manage PSG and Bayern respectively, have worked directly with Guardiola. Kompany was the captain of Manchester City under his leadership, and Enrique managed the Barcelona reserve team.
Currently, Manchester City is competing with Arsenal for the Premier League title. The team has already won the League Cup and will face Chelsea in the FA Cup final on May 16.
