Rio Ferdinand suggests Robert Lewandowski to Manchester United

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has urged the club's management to sign Robert Lewandowski. After the Polish striker officially announced his departure from Barcelona, Ferdinand emphasized that his experience would be invaluable for the team's youngsters. This is reported by Goal.com .
Expressing his opinion on social media, Ferdinand noted that signing the 37-year-old forward as a free agent would be a fantastic opportunity. According to him, Lewandowski would not only strengthen the attack but also contribute significantly to the development of young talents like Benjamin Sesko.
During his four-year stint at Barcelona, Robert Lewandowski managed to score 119 goals in 191 matches. Although his playing time has decreased under Hansi Flick, the experienced striker is still capable of performing at a high level.
However, Manchester United may face competition for this transfer. Former Chelsea player Joe Cole also urged Lewandowski to join the London club, noting that he could mentor young players like Joao Pedro and Liam Delap.
