Jose Mourinho speaks about a possible return to Real Madrid

Renowned Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho made an important statement regarding his future after the Benfica season concludes. Despite currently being under contract with the Lisbon club, he confirmed that he will soon hold a face-to-face meeting with the Real Madrid board. This was reported by Goal.com .
In an interview with Marca, Mourinho did not hide the fact that negotiations are ongoing between his agent, Jorge Mendes, and Real Madrid. "I will speak personally with Real Madrid representatives next week and make a final decision after that," the specialist said.
Nevertheless, the coach nicknamed "The Special One" emphasized that there is a 99 percent chance he will remain at Benfica. He added that the new contract offered by club president Rui Costa is very attractive and he has not yet reached a final decision on the matter.
According to media reports, if Mourinho returns to Madrid, he will begin working on strengthening the squad. One of his primary targets is Marcus Rashford, as the coach wants to prevent the player from moving to Barcelona.
Furthermore, Mourinho plans to restore discipline in the Real Madrid dressing room and fundamentally overhaul the physical training system to address the frequent injury problems observed in the team.
