Abdumalik Khalokov declares readiness to fight Naoya Inoue

Uzbek featherweight professional boxer Abdumalik Khalokov spoke about his future plans. The Olympic champion did not hide his big ambitions and commented on a potential fight against one of the biggest names in world boxing, Naoya Inoue.
Khalokov stated that if Inoue does not retire and Murodjon Akhmadaliev does not have a rematch with him, he is ready to step into the ring against the Japanese star. Our compatriot emphasized that fans would see who is faster in that fight.
“If Inoue doesn't retire and Murodjon Akhmadaliev doesn't fight him again, I will take the rematch. Fans will see who is faster in that fight. I think I am faster and 'hungrier' for victory than him,” said Abdumalik Khalokov.
Recall that Abdumalik fought Indian boxer Vishal Kumar at a professional boxing event in Tashkent yesterday. The 6-round bout did not last long — Khalokov knocked out his opponent in the second round, securing another convincing victory.
This result marks his third victory in his third professional fight. Khalokov continues to demonstrate the high level he showed in amateur boxing. His speed, precise punches, and ability to read opponents provide a solid foundation for big fights.
In short, Abdumalik Khalokov is not content with simple victories. He aims to face world boxing stars like Inoue. 3 fights, 3 wins, and huge ambition — Khalokov is not just a participant in the pro ring, he is in hunter mode.
