Telegram's translation feature temporarily down

Telegram’s message translation feature is temporarily unavailable, Kursiv.uz reported.

Currently, neither the automatic translation nor the manual option via the menu is working. Attempts to use the feature display the message: “Translation temporarily unavailable.”

Users in various countries have reported the issue. The cause of the outage and the timeline for restoring the service remain unknown. Telegram representatives have not yet issued an official comment.

The issue was first reported by users on the evening of June 26.
