Realme announced that it will present a smartphone with a 15,000 mAh battery, Kursiv.media reported. The company announced this news through a teaser on social networks. This figure is almost twice as high as that of almost all smartphones on the market.
Realme emphasized the long-lasting performance of the smartphone with the slogan "Let the drama stay on the screen, not in the battery." According to the company, the new device can provide 50 hours of continuous video streaming.
The teaser shows the back panel of the smartphone, where the battery capacity is clearly written. Since the device has a large battery, its body is expected to be much thicker than usual smartphones. It may not use the most powerful flagship processor because the main focus is on battery life.
Realme previously showcased a prototype smartphone with a 10,000 mAh battery in May 2025. Now the company has increased this figure to a record 15,000 mAh.
The official presentation of the new model will take place on August 27. Its price and other technical details will be revealed at this event.
