Apple has officially announced the AirPods Pro (3rd generation) at its annual September event, as reported by Rozetked. While the design looks familiar, the upgrades inside make it one of the most advanced earbuds Apple has ever made.
The highlight? Noise cancellation is now twice as effective compared to the previous Pro 2 model. Another major feature is real-time translation, allowing users to hear foreign languages interpreted instantly — a powerful tool for travelers and professionals.
For the first time, the AirPods include a heart rate sensor, enabling health monitoring right from your ears. Plus, they now support 15 different workout modes, so you don’t even need an Apple Watch to track your fitness.
Battery life has also improved — up to 8 hours with ANC on and 10 hours in Hearing Aid mode.
Another key upgrade: IP57 water and dust resistance, a first for any AirPods model. New foam ear tips also promise a more comfortable and secure fit.
Surprisingly, despite all these new features, the price remains $249. Pre-orders are open now, and sales begin on September 19. Do you think this new version is worth the upgrade?
