The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is constantly expanding in Germany. According to the results of the latest survey conducted by the digital association Bitcom, every third company in the country has implemented this technology in its activities. The study was published on Monday, September 15.
According to the data, 36% of the participating companies stated that they actually use AI. At the same time, another 47% of enterprises said that they are in the process of implementing this step in the near future or are currently discussing it. Only 17% of companies stated that they do not yet intend to implement artificial intelligence in their business processes.
It is noted that to date, the number of enterprises using artificial intelligence in Germany has almost doubled compared to last year. This technology is widely used in communication with clients, in the field of marketing and communications. Also, the directions of its use in research and development, production processes, control and accounting systems are gradually increasing.
According to the survey findings, eight out of ten companies in Germany see artificial intelligence as a key and decisive technology for the future. Officials emphasized that this process could pave the way for further digitalization of the country's economy and innovation.
