The Chinese company Honor once again caused a stir in the smartphone market. The company officially presented its new WIN devices. The manufacturer announced this via its official Weibo blog. The new line includes two models - WIN and WIN RT, which attract attention primarily due to their unique technical solutions.
The biggest news is about the battery issue. Both smartphones are equipped with a 10,000 milliamper-hour battery. This figure is even a serious number for some tablets. Notably, despite such a huge battery, the device's thickness is only 8.3 millimeters. This indicates that Honor engineers placed special emphasis on design and ergonomics.
Smartphones support 100W fast charging technology. According to the manufacturer, a single fully charged battery is sufficient for active use for several days. This is a big plus, especially for users who love to watch games or videos while traveling.
Another interesting solution is a special cooling system called Ultra Fan. The cooler is mounted on the back of the device, which prevents the smartphone from overheating during high load. This detail makes WIN series suitable for audiences who frequently use gaming and heavy apps.
The difference is also noticeable in terms of technical capacity. The WIN model runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, while the WIN RT is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Both devices have 12 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of ROM. The screen diagonal is 6.83 inches, providing a large and comfortable image.
In terms of camera, the WIN model has an advantage. It is equipped with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. WIN RT was presented without a TV lens, which also affected its price.
Prices are also competitive: the Honor WIN model starts from 3999 yuan, which is approximately $570 per unit. WIN RT is much cheaper - 2699 yuan, approximately 385 dollars. Thus, the Honor WIN series will undoubtedly generate serious market interest by combining a large battery, strong iron, and modern design.
