The neural network learned swear words in a month of communication with HCS clients

The voice robot for housing and communal services management companies learned Russian mat during a month of communication with clients. Its developers had to fix this bug. This was announced on February 12 by the President of the National Association of Organizations in the Field of Information Modeling Technologies (NOTIM) Mikhail Viktorov during the Siberian Construction Forum.
"I'll give you a funny case, it's a neural network, it's learning, and literally in the very first month, the developers noticed such a collision that the neural network learned to mate. But, as they say, whoever you associate with gets what you get," Viktorov's words were quoted by TASS.
The head of the NOTIM added that this is an indicator of effective work with citizens. According to him, the voice assistant solves 80% of clients' questions. However, there are emergencies where people are angry and need the operator's help.
On January 30, it was reported that artificial intelligence could not recognize ordinary emojis. Scientists from China discovered that the neural network reads smiles as an unnecessary and ambiguous signal that leads to a system failure.
