Hermès unveiled a luxury MagSafe bag

French luxury brand Hermes has released the Grand Paddock, a small calfskin bag designed for Apple users and priced at $5,150. The model stands out because it includes a built-in charging setup inspired by Apple’s MagSafe accessories, turning a premium handbag into a tech-focused travel case. Reports Rozetked.me.
Inside the bag, buyers get space for a power adapter, a cable holder, a pocket for Apple Watch straps, and a slot for the Paddock Duo charging accessory. The Paddock Duo is positioned as a luxury alternative to Apple’s MagSafe Duo and is included with this version of the bag.

Hermes is also selling the Paddock Duo separately for $1,750. For customers looking for a slightly less expensive option, the company offers another Grand Paddock version for $4,650, which comes with the simpler Paddock Solo instead.
Despite the high prices, neither package includes a charging brick or cable. That means customers still need to buy those items separately, even after paying thousands of dollars for Hermes’ latest tech-inspired accessory.
