TikToker raises $23 million to acquire defunct Spirit Airlines

Spirit Airlines ceased operations on Saturday night, canceling all flights and laying off 17,000 employees. Ticket holders were advised not to go to the airport. This was reported by Techcrunch.com xabar beradi.
This situation shocked people, as Spirit was a low-cost airline.

Following this, frequent flyer and voice actor Hunter Peterson posted a video on TikTok. He proposed that 20 percent of American adults pay the price of a Spirit ticket to purchase the company.
He dubbed the idea "Spirit 2.0: The People's Property."
Peterson created a website within a few hours. By Sunday, 36,000 "founding sponsors" had pledged nearly 23 million dollars.
The servers crashed during this process.
However, these funds are non-binding pledges rather than actual cash. Billions of dollars would be required to purchase and relaunch the airline.
Peterson understands this and has called for assistance from aviation lawyers and PR specialists.
He told his followers: "I know what I don't know, but you're in on this, and I'm in on this."
